Seinen M.Sc. hat er an der TU Dresden mit Untersuchungen von FSP-synthetisierten Fe-Mn\/CeO2-Katalysatoren in heterogen-katalysierten Gasphasenreaktionen abgeschlossen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Im Rahmen seiner Doktorarbeit erforscht Max die Skalierung und Formgebung von eisenbasierten Fischer-Tropsch-Katalysatoren f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Feinchemikalien wie h\u00f6heren Alkoholen in Festbettreaktoren. In seinen Experimenten werden gezielt Katalysatorzusammensetzung und Fischer-Tropsch-Betriebsbedingungen variiert, um Auswirkungen auf die Zielproduktivit\u00e4t quantifizieren und prognostizieren zu k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Er hat zudem Versuche zu cobaltbasierten Katalysatoren durchgef\u00fchrt und ist Experte in Katalysatorcharakterisierung und GC-Analytik. Im Rahmen des CARE-O-SENE -Projektes unterst\u00fctzt er sowohl bei experimentellen als auch Auswertungst\u00e4tigkeiten der Versuche im
