Gregor Herz leitet die Gruppe Modellierung und Simulation am Fraunhofer IKTS, die er nach Abschluss seiner Dissertation in der Gruppe Verfahrenstechnik \u00fcbernommen hat. W\u00e4hrend er sich in seiner Diplomarbeit an der TU Dresden und am Fraunhofer IKTS mit der Simulation von elektrolysebasierten Fischer-Tropsch-Prozessen besch\u00e4ftigte, hat sich sein T\u00e4tigkeitsfeld in seiner Dissertation auf techno-\u00f6konomische Analysen zur Nutzung von Wasserstoff in gro\u00dftechnischen Prozessen erweitert.<\/p><p>Im Projekt CARE-O-SENE wird er die Modellierung der Prozesskette von Elektrolyse \u00fcber Fischer-Tropsch-Synthese bis zur Produktabtrennung und -aufbereitung \u00fcbernehmen. Hierbei wird insbesondere der Einfluss der im Rahmen von CARE-O-SENE entwickelten Katalysatorgenerationen auf die Prozesseffizienz und das Produktspektrum im Vordergrund
