Our Mission

    The CARE-O-SENE consortium is on a mission to dramatically reduce the global warming potential of the aviation industry with a new generation of catalysts for sustainable aviation fuels. In this series, we explore what else we can do to make air transportation more environmentally friendly.

    The first episode looks at the different types of emissions – and what may be done to reduce them today.

    Episode 2: The Future is Now – how synthetic aviation fuels can make a difference today

    In the second episode, we explore how synthetic aviation fuels can already reduce soot particle emissions and contrail ice crystal emissions by 50% - with minimal adjustments to the aviation industry.
