Partners and supporters of the research project meet at Sasol headquarters in Johannesburg

JOHANNESBURG, Südafrika, 26. Mai 2022 – During an impressive and colourful launch event on 24 May 2022 at the Sasol headquarters in Johannesburg, several partners of the consortium met with Germany's Chancellor Olaf Scholz and South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa. 

Both Chancellor Scholz and President Ramaphosa made clear the importance of the project for global sustainability efforts as well as for the industrial development of both countries.

In this context, Sasol CEO and President Fleetwood Grobler also pointed out the great importance of cooperation across companies, industries, and national borders.
